The Property

Inside

A contemporary and stylish glass-fronted property in an idyllic waterfront position. There's a real sense of space at this minimalist property, which also boasts a fantastic veranda that overhangs the serene lake.

  • Bedrooms: Choose from four waterfront bedrooms each offering breathtaking tranquil views from the floor to ceiling panoramic windows. Upstairs the large master bedroom is spacious and luxurious with private seating area, super king sized bed and a large contemporary natural limestone bathroom with large jacuzzi spa bath, shower and double sink. The remaining bedrooms are again spacious and beautifully presented, the house offers a further two large super king doubles - one with private bathroom, one with shower room - and one twin room with adjacent shower room. The master bedroom also has a sumptuous sofa bed offering accommodation for a further 2 if required
  • For relaxation: Sit peacefully by the serene waters from your very own veranda with only the swans to disturb. Enjoy an indulgent waterside massage within your home.
  • For recreation: Launch your private kayak and glide across the clear waters teeming with trout and crayfish, explore the collection of lakes shared by the resident otters and bank side deer.
  • Practicalities: Large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, access to the utility room with separate washing machine, dryer and microwave

Outside

Sensitively nestled amidst 650 acres of breathtaking natural countryside carefully managed to maintain the innate peace and tranquility surrounding the eco home. Clever planting discreetly hides necessities of parking bays whilst established ferns and tropical shrubs blend well with the softness of the wooden clad home. A spacious decking area and private landing ensure that you make the most of this idyllic location.

Please be advised that between Monday to Friday there may be some intermittent, low level background noise in the distance due to some site works.This can not be seen nor heard whist in the property and does not detract from the enjoyment of this outstanding retreat. 

Food and Wine
